Product Development Engineer Opportunity!!
Are you an experienced engineer ready to drive innovation in medical devices?
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading company seeking a Product Development Engineer to take ownership of product development, from concept to commercial launch. You'll work with designers, manufacturers, and regulatory teams to ensure products meet industry and compliance standards.
Location - Berkshire area (England)
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Develop and document technical solutions for cutting-edge medical devices.
🔹 Manage design verification, validation, and compliance with industry standards.
🔹 Collaborate with subcontract manufacturers, including partners in the Far East.
🔹 Support regulatory submissions and quality audits.
Requirements:
✔️ Degree in engineering (electronics, mechanical, or manufacturing).
✔️ 2+ years' experience in medical device design or a regulated industry.
✔️ Knowledge of IEC 60601, ISO 13485, and ISO 14971 is desirable.
✔️ Experience working with external suppliers and manufacturers.
✔️ Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
