Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager with expertise in high-purity chemical manufacturing to oversee and maintain the quality systems and processes within our production facility. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing quality control procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to ensure product consistency and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems for high-purity chemical production.
- Oversee quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) processes to ensure adherence to strict regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes for product quality issues.
- Monitor production processes and manage inspections to ensure high purity standards are met.
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and regulatory teams to ensure continuous product improvement and innovation.
- Train and mentor team members on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
- Conduct internal audits and support external audits for certification (e.g., ISO 9001, cGMP).
- Prepare and analyze quality reports, identifying trends and implementing preventative measures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality management within a high-purity chemical manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., cGMP, ISO).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
