Job Description
Responsibilities
Project Management: Lead regional greenfield projects, ensuring alignment with global standards and collaboration with sustainability and construction teams. Oversee engineering support for technology transfers and sustainability initiatives.
Reliability Engineering: Provide engineering support for system improvements and equipment replacements. Identify opportunities to align with strategic programs and lead major SIPP reviews.
Communication: Serve as the main contact for regional sites and GFC central teams, ensuring alignment on metrics reporting.
Technical Support: Offer expert guidance on Chemical & Slurry systems. Lead cross-functional teams in project design and operational excellence, providing on-site support during critical failures.
Continuous Improvement: Analyze Chemical & Slurry system performance, identify gaps, and implement cost reduction strategies. Conduct training and develop best-known methods (BKMs) for operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent experience.
