Jonathan Eaton is the practice leader for the National Supply Chain practice at Grant Thornton. With over 26 years of supply chain experience, Jonathan has spent the majority of his career in consulting and advising large multinational companies and middle-market companies across multiple industry sectors on how to best transform their supply chains. Jonathan is recognized for his ability to help clients define their supply chain strategy in response to changing market conditions and other disruptive forces and subsequently helping them transform their supply chains to provide higher customer satisfaction while balancing inventory and service commitments and minimizing their total supply chain costs. Jonathan has a passion for helping his clients reduce costs and improve working capital efficiency through turnarounds and transformation-driven initiatives that deliver near-term savings to fund high-priority supply chain innovation. Jonathan most recently worked at Chainalytics, LLC where he was an Industry Supply Chain Partner focused on the supply chain issues of a portfolio of the firmโs largest and most complex clients. Prior to that, Jonathan was a Senior Director at IHS with global responsibility for the Supply Chain / MRO Intelligence Practice. He started his consulting career with Ernst & Young in 1997.

Scott DeCarlo - Vice President of Supply Chain - North America at Independent Purchasing Cooperative
Scott DeCarlo is currently the Vice President of Supply Chain for IPC North America, a franchisee-owned supply chain company supporting Subway restaurants in the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Scott joined IPC in 2019 and is responsible for Strategic Sourcing, Integrated Business Planning, Distribution & Logistics. Prior to joining IPC, Scott spent 5+ years at ASR Group as the Vice President of Supply Chain, 13+ years in various leadership roles for Unilever NA, and 6+ years in wine and spirits import logistics and planning for IDV NA and Clicquot, Inc. Over the course of Scott's career, he has spent time focused on go-to-market supply chain activities which include customer-facing roles, strategy development and implementation, and operational excellence initiatives with a focus on plan, source and deliver. Scott has presented on supply chain collaboration with customers at the RILA and GMA Supply Chain Conferences and SKU optimization at the Gartner Supply Chain Symposium. Born in New Jersey, Scott is now based in Miami, Florida.

Kevin Nohl - Vice President of Global Supply Chain at Aterian
Kevin Nohl is a multi-channel CPG supply chain executive with world-class experience building and growing industry-leading international supply chain and domestic fulfillment to support 1-2 day delivery to end customers. Some of his previous roles have been with Amazon, Microsoft, Bed Bath and Beyond, and Rent the Runway. As VP of Global Supply Chain at Aterian (top FBA/FBM seller on amazon) with brands such as HomeLabs, Mueller, Healing Solutions, Pursteam, Xtava, etc; Kevin Nohl is responsible for the end-to-end global supply chain from overseas manufacturer to end consumer with a focus on just-in-time lean supply chain powered by Aterian's AIMEE software (artificial intelligence marketplace e-commerce engine).
