Supply Chain Manager
A global leader in the food and beverage space is looking to bring on a Supply Chain Manager to their team. This client is within the global bakery market, as a top producer of both pre-prepared & ready-to-bake dough products. This Supply Chain Manager will support the main 3PL operations, warehousing, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory, customer service, and warehousing to develop new supply chain strategies to reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Oversee (3PL) providers, including contract negotiation and performance evaluation.
- Lead efforts to identify and onboard new 3PL partners as needed, optimizing distribution networks.
- Ensure efficient order fulfillment, shipping, and warehousing operations to meet customer demand and minimizing inventory risks.
- Support new product launches with logistics and inventory planning to ensure seamless implementation
- Oversee KPI reporting and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of relevant supply chain experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with 3PL partners
